Granville Townhouses consist of 5 stacked townhouses in RM-8N zoning. This 3 storey building

includes 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom units. All units have access to a private patio or a small garden. 

5 at ground parking stalls and bike storage units are designed at the back lane side of the site. Metal guardrails were proposed instead of the glass guardrails in this project to avoid any injury to birds flying into the reflections of glass. We were so happy to be able to save a large mature tree at the front yard of the property. We believe trees make any building more beautiful.
