FEATURED PROJECTS

The Complete renovation of this 1954 house was a beautiful journey of discovering the house's history and merging it with the new. The well built tree house contained a 40 year old note book that was saved and returned to its previous owner. The old toys were gifted to my toddlers to explore and the old doors were given new life with new hardware and double glazed windows. 

Coal Harbour Apartment went under a full renovation with all required permits. The layout of the condo was changed to maximize the beautiful views of the North shore. Our designer, Sugar, was very confidant about the choice of the blue chair.

Granville Townhouses consist of 5 stacked townhouses in RM-8N zoning. This 3 storey building includes 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom units. All units have access to a private patio or a small garden. We were able to save a large mature tree at the front yard of the property. This project is anticipated to be completed by 2020.
