We are a small office working out of  our West Vancouver and Richmond Offices in BC.

Our projects so far consist of a variety of Residential, Commercial and Interior work within the greater Vancouver Area. We have been involved in Tenant improvements in Surrey, Richmond and North Vancouver. Our townhouse portfolio includes Row-house townhouses, courtyard townhouses and Stacked townhouses.

We have a directory of Experts for different types of projects that are always available and happy to help. We offer help to do the research on your future projects to reduce the risks of our clients. Being on time and keeping our clients happy is at the core of our practice.

Sustainability and environmentally friendly solutions are very important aspects of our designs. It is our intention in all the projects to avoid waste and retain as many trees and plants as possible. We care deeply for wildlife and our climate and we believe every bit helps. We endeavor to raise awareness regarding the environmental impacts of the hazardous materials used in construction and we ask our clients to always consider demolition permits with recycling and reuse requirements. We no longer accept projects that leads to cutting mature trees.

We follow the guidelines for bird friendly design and we also ask our landscape consultants to provide plants that feed birds and bees.

We work very closely with our clients and we care about the cost and timing of all our projects. Every client has a dream and budget in mind and we are very respectful of their investments and their ideas.
