FEATURED PROJECTS
Park West Presentation Center was designed in 2017 and opened in 2018 to the public. The site is located in the district of North Vancouver. The client asked for a prominent location to help with the marketing of the project and our intention was also to create a sustainable project.
1010 VILLAS is located at the intersection of Oak street and 57th Ave. It is our third project in the RM-8N zonning. This development includes 8 new townhouses and 3 lock off units. We were able to achieve 11 units on a small site and secure ample exterior private garden areas for each unit.
The Complete renovation of this 1954 house was a beautiful journey of discovering the house's history and merging it with the new. The well built tree house contained a 40 year old note book that was saved and returned to its previous owner. The old toys were gifted to my toddlers to explore and the old doors were given new life with new hardware and double glazed windows.
Coal Harbour Apartment went under a full renovation with all required permits. The layout of the condo was changed to maximize the beautiful views of the North shore. Our designer, Sugar, was very confidant about the choice of the blue chair.
Granville Townhouses consist of 5 stacked townhouses in RM-8N zoning. This 3 storey building includes 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom units. All units have access to a private patio or a small garden. We were able to save a large mature tree at the front yard of the property. This project is anticipated to be completed by 2020.
ELTA IS A 19 STOREY MODULAR RENTAL TOWER LOCATED IN THE HEART OF DOWNTOWN KELOWNA.
THE PROJECT IS DESINGED AS A COMMUNITY AND INCLUDES ARTIST RESIDENCES, A CHILD CARE FACILITY, A DOG PARK AND MULTIPLE AMENITIES ON SITE THAT EXCEED THE NEW REQUIRED AMENITY AREA FOR THE PROJECT.
WE ARE HOPING THAT THIS PROJECT WILL BE DESIGNED AND BUILT TO THE LATEST BIRD FRIENDLY GUIDLINES IN BC TO BE AN EXAMPLE FOR THE FUTURE PROJECTS DONE IN KELOWNA.
OUR CLINENT ASKED FOR A MODERN LIGHT BUILDING TO PRESENT THEIR FUTURE DEVELOPEMENT ON THE SITE OF THE CHINESE NIGHT MARKET. THE DESIGN REFLECTS THEIR IDEAS OF A BUILDING THAT IS INVITING AND HONEST. IT IS SITUATED AT THE CORNER TO AVOID INTERRUPTING THE OPERATIONS OF THE NIGHT MARKET ON THE SITE.
